Refund Policy

1. One-Time Purchases

For single dispute letter purchases, we offer a full refund within 7 days of purchase if you have not downloaded or substantially used the generated document. Once a document has been downloaded or the letter content has been viewed in full, the purchase is considered fulfilled and is no longer eligible for refund.

2. Subscriptions

Subscription plans (Consumer Shield, Privacy Shield, Business Defender) can be canceled at any time from your account settings. When you cancel, you retain access until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer partial refunds for unused time within a billing period.

If you experience a billing error or believe you were charged incorrectly, contact us within 30 days and we will investigate and correct the issue promptly.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not available for: (a) documents that have been downloaded or fully viewed, (b) subscriptions that have been active for more than 14 days, (c) abuse of the refund policy, or (d) violations of our Terms of Service.

4. How to Request a Refund

Email us at support@aidisputeengine.com with your account email and the reason for your refund request. We aim to process all refund requests within 5-7 business days. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

5. Processing Time

Once approved, refunds typically appear in your account within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. We will send you a confirmation email once the refund has been initiated.

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
