2. Description of Service

AIDisputeEngine is a software platform that generates self-help dispute letters, demand letters, and related documents using artificial intelligence. We are not a law firm, and our services do not constitute legal advice or create an attorney-client relationship.

3. No Legal Advice

All content generated through AIDisputeEngine is for informational and self-help purposes only. We strongly recommend consulting a licensed attorney before sending any legal document, especially in matters involving litigation, significant financial stakes, or complex regulatory requirements.

4. User Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

5. Payments and Billing

We offer one-time purchases and subscription plans. Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use AIDisputeEngine for any unlawful, fraudulent, harassing, or abusive purpose. You may not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse our APIs. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

7. Intellectual Property

Documents you generate through our platform are yours to use and modify. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use our software solely as intended through the platform. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our platform itself without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIDisputeEngine and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the platform. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
